Freenow by Lyft provides a multi-mobility app across 9 European markets and more than 180 cities. The app offers taxis, private hire vehicles, carsharing, car rental, e-scooters, e-bikes, e-mopeds, and public transport, helping people move freely and supporting thriving cities.

• Design and execute CRM strategies to activate, engage, and retain users across 9 markets;
• Own end-to-end campaign delivery from ideation to execution across multiple channels;
• Advise on global and local initiatives to deliver the right message to the right user at the right time;
• Drive experimentation and optimisation by setting up A/B tests, analysing results, and turning insights into improvements;
• Lead cross-functional projects, including dashboard creation, lifecycle segmentation, process optimisation, and experimentation frameworks;
• Manage and optimise the campaign calendar and automations in line with lifecycle stages and business priorities;
• Act as the main CRM point of contact for the assigned area and collaborate with Marketing, Product, and local teams.

• 3+ Years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or customer engagement, ideally at a regional or global level;
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms;
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across teams and markets;
• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment;
• Data-driven mindset using quantitative and qualitative insights to inform decisions;
• Excellent communication skills in English;
• Nice to have: Braze experience, other European languages.
