• Own the CRM strategy across the player lifecycle, from acquisition-to-first-deposit through onboarding, retention, reactivation and VIP
• Audit and rebuild the existing CRM setup, campaign architecture and automation flows
• Build and refine player segmentation and targeted, behaviour-led campaigns
• Plan, build and deploy multichannel campaigns across email, SMS, push and on-site channels, including bonusing and promotional mechanics
• Analyse campaign performance and player behaviour, using insights to optimise value, frequency and offers
• Work with marketing, product and BI to align CRM with commercial objectives
• Monitor live campaign performance and react quickly when campaigns underperform

• Proven CRM experience in online gaming or betting
• Experience with Smartico
• Strong understanding of player segmentation and lifecycle marketing
• Experience in a smaller, fast-moving or scaling operator rather than a large corporate environment
• Analytical and commercially minded, with experience owning KPIs and reporting on impact
• Self-starting and flexible, comfortable with ambiguity and building from scratch
