задачи
Launch and manage paid acquisition campaigns, focusing on growing Meta and paid social
Test and scale Google/Search, display, native, and programmatic opportunities, and identify new channels
Own campaign budgets and optimisation
Track and report on FTDs, CPA/CAC, conversion, NGR, LTV, and payback, prioritising player quality over top-line metrics
Collaborate with creative and social teams on ad concepts, and with Marketing Analytics on attribution and profitability
Build the business case for specialist hires as individual channels scale
требования
Strong, current hands-on paid acquisition experience in iGaming, not just agency or team management
Strong commercial focus and appetite to execute now and lead a team later
Будет плюсом: Australian market acquisition experience, Google/Search knowledge, display, native or programmatic experience, experience advertising in restricted or high-risk verticals
