As a (Senior) CRM Manager (m/f/d), you will be part of the Marketing team and serve as a link to our community. You will foster ongoing contact, offer inspiration and create initiatives to maintain close relationships with our customers.

• You continuously develop and optimize our CRM and lifecycle strategy.
• You build scalable customer journeys and automations and continue to develop them.
• You are responsible for the CRM roadmap and drive forward our personalization and segmentation strategy.
• You develop new CRM initiatives to increase retention, customer lifetime value and loyalty.
• You work closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, BI and Tech) to continuously optimize the customer experience.
• You establish a data-driven testing and experimentation culture in CRM.

• You work autonomously, are extremely proactive and have the problem-solving skills to tackle challenges with confidence.
• You think in a data-driven way, can design analyses and turn the resulting insights directly into business decisions and campaign optimization.
• You are skilled at planning, organizing, prioritizing and executing several projects simultaneously.
• You work efficiently and independently, while also being a strong team player. You are open to feedback and consistently focus on results.
• Your communication skills in German and English are excellent.
• You know how to coordinate seamlessly with other teams to optimize the CRM strategy and all marketing activities.
