задачи
- Lead the successful adoption of the CRM platform across the EMEA business as a core member of the transformation project team;
- Develop and implement tailored stakeholder engagement plans for each country;
- Drive behavioural change by embedding new processes that maximise operational efficiency and value creation;
- Design and deliver communication strategies, including roadshows, presentations, and campaigns to support adoption;
- Measure engagement and adoption against KPIs;
- Gather business feedback to influence future development roadmaps;
- Collaborate with IT and the Dynamics Product Owner to plan and deliver system enhancements;
- Act as a subject matter expert for Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Introhive capabilities;
- Challenge local requests to maintain process integrity and a scalable regional model;
- Evolve and deliver training programmes to build CRM proficiency;
- Develop and maintain best practice guidelines and reference materials;
- Coordinate the EMEA Client Insights Champion community;
- Oversee training and communications for the champion network;
- Act as a regional guardian of data and process consistency;
- Partner with the Clients & Markets team to design reports, dashboards, and analytics;
- Work with the central data management team to maintain governance and improve data quality;
- Produce client analysis packs using CRM insights.
требования
- Strong understanding of CRM-enabled commercial processes, including relationship development, pipeline management, and reporting;
- Experience managing CRM platforms and driving value through technology;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence change;
- Strong analytical skills and ROI-performance orientation;
- Demonstrable experience in change management, stakeholder engagement, communication, and training;
- Ability to manage multiple projects and business demands simultaneously;
- Nice to have: Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, experience with Introhive, experience in the property sector, knowledge of additional languages.
