The company operates in the international iGaming sector, focusing on player retention and CRM strategy across multiple global markets.
задачи
- Build and lead CRM and retention strategy across multiple markets;
- Develop player lifecycle journeys, segmentation, and automated CRM flows;
- Increase FTD conversion, retention, reactivation, NGR, and player lifetime value;
- Plan promotional calendars and personalized CRM campaigns;
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on player behavior and business metrics;
- Lead, mentor, and develop the CRM team;
- Collaborate with Product, Risk, VIP, Payments, Affiliates, and Support teams.
требования
- Proven experience as a Senior CRM Manager, CRM Manager, Retention Manager, or similar role;
- Strong iGaming experience across Tier-1 and Tier-2 markets;
- Deep understanding of CRM strategy, player lifecycle, segmentation, retention, and automation;
- Experience with CRM tools and campaign management platforms;
- Strong analytical, commercial, and leadership skills;
- Fluent English;
- Nice to have: Experience with Optimove, Fast Track, Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Customer.io, multi-brand operations, VIP segmentation, and sportsbook/casino CRM.
