• Edit and review text datasets
• Create new text datasets
• Test new versions of the bot
• Annotate and label data
• Create additional creative content

• English proficiency at C1 level or higher
• Russian proficiency at C1 level or higher
• Experience editing data, particularly text-based datasets
• Experience creating and annotating datasets for model training
• Ability to independently establish standards and guidelines for style, tone, level of explicitness, and quality criteria
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills; ability to identify whether bot issues relate to the dataset, prompt, or model based on testing results and propose appropriate solutions
• Deep understanding of different audiences and conversation mechanics, including flirting, escalation, engagement, and retention

• The initial pay level or pay range will be shared during the recruitment process and before employment begins
