• Partner with subject matter experts to develop original content in formats such as blog posts, articles, white papers, ebooks, infographics, videos, and social content
• Repurpose high-performing content into derivative pieces for multiple channels and markets
• Build and execute content strategies that support marketing initiatives and campaigns
• Collaborate with marketing stakeholders and business partners to map and optimize content across the buyer journey
• Promote best practices in messaging, grammar, writing, and style
• Measure and report on content performance, and optimize content based on results
• Develop standards, processes, and tools to improve cross-functional team efficiency
• Monitor content marketing trends and propose new ideas to explore and test

• At least 3 years of editorial experience, ideally in B2B technology or enterprise software
• A strong portfolio of published work demonstrating excellent English writing and the ability to simplify complex topics for expert audiences
• A strategic and hands-on approach to writing and editing content in various formats
• Ability to multitask and prioritize projects in a dynamic, adaptive environment
• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, including cross-functional teamwork
• Ability to give feedback thoughtfully and receive it gracefully
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail
• Curiosity about life sciences

• Total compensation: 40,000 - 70,000 EUR; actual compensation may vary based on experience and location and may include variable bonus and/or stock bonus
