data operations manager for healthcare reference data

Veeva OpenData provides global reference data on healthcare professionals and healthcare organizations, including contact details, specialties, demographics, compliance data, and affiliations. It is available in more than 100 countries.

• Implement technology and automation improvements in collaboration with Product and Engineering
• Establish and own data quality standards and design processes for tracking, assessing, and validating data at scale
• Track KPIs, identify operational bottlenecks, and implement projects to improve efficiency
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Data Curators
• Identify data risks and operational incidents, escalate them clearly, and ensure they are resolved quickly

• 3+ Years of experience in a fast-paced Tech, Startup, or Consulting environment, handling complex data sets or data operations
• Strong experience in business process design and optimization, including structuring unstructured data workflows
• Excellent written and verbal English skills
• Previous experience mentoring junior team members, leading projects, or managing teams (3+ years preferred)
