Veeva Systems provides industry cloud solutions that help life sciences companies bring therapies to patients faster. Its OpenData product provides reference data used by pharma and biotech companies for commercial and medical operations.

• Own the end-to-end product plan, scale its customer footprint, and drive product strategy
• Define how country datasets are sourced, transformed, updated, and analyzed to maximize customer value
• Translate market needs into a strategic roadmap for data engineering, analytics, and product operations squads
• Identify opportunities to use AI and automation to build scalable, high-quality data pipelines
• Partner with strategy, sales, and services teams to gather customer feedback, iterate rapidly, and continuously improve the product
• Set and enforce KPIs for data coverage, completeness, and accuracy
• Monitor healthcare regulations, compliance requirements, and market shifts, and adapt the product roadmap accordingly

• Detail-oriented, with a focus on execution speed and quality
• 2+ Years of experience in data analytics or product management, with a proven track record of extracting value from complex datasets
• Strong product intuition and ability to manage a backlog while balancing long-term product scope, data quality standards, and customer feedback
• Proficient in SQL; able to query databases, investigate issues, validate data quality, and prototype solutions
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, or a related quantitative field
• Fluent English (C1 or higher)

• Travel expected: 10%
