Head of business analyst in digital transformation

Neotalent Conclusion is one of the largest specialists in the Iberian market in the recruitment and management of IT and engineering talent. We are looking to bring on board a Transformation Business Analyst with at least 5 years of experience to drive digital transformation, data and AI initiatives. You will be the link between business and technology, ensuring that implemented solutions generate value and align with strategic objectives.

• Gather and analyze business requirements with stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems and workflows.
• Define and document functional and business requirements.
• Collaborate on the design and implementation of digital transformation solutions.
• Coordinate communication between business, IT and suppliers.
• Support change management initiatives and the adoption of new solutions.
• Participate in functional testing (UAT), project tracking and the measurement of results using KPIs.

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in similar roles.
• University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems or similar.
• Experience in business analysis, process improvement and digital transformation.
• Knowledge of project management and requirements management methodologies.
• Professional English (international environment).
• Будет плюсом: Experience in Data & AI projects; Knowledge of emerging technologies and digital transformation; Experience in Agile environments (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban); Knowledge of BPMN or other process modeling tools; Certifications in Business Analysis, Agile or Project Management
