Project manager in compliance

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our teams and lead strategic compliance initiatives, with a strong focus on GDPR (RGPD) and regulatory requirements. This role requires a highly autonomous professional capable of managing complex projects end-to-end, coordinating multiple stakeholders, ensuring compliance with defined processes and controls, and driving delivery in demanding and fast-paced environments.

• Lead and coordinate compliance-related projects, particularly those involving GDPR requirements and regulatory obligations
• Ensure that defined controls, procedures, policies, and compliance requirements are effectively implemented and maintained
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders, aligning priorities, responsibilities, timelines, and deliverables
• Structure and manage action plans, documentation, evidence repositories, validation processes, and control mechanisms
• Monitor project progress, proactively identifying risks, dependencies, deviations, and roadblocks, while driving timely resolution
• Facilitate governance and follow-up meetings, ensuring clear communication, accountability, and execution of agreed actions

• Experienced in project management within compliance, governance, risk, audit, or other regulated environments
• Proficient in GDPR principles, regulatory frameworks, and compliance-related operational processes
• Skilled at coordinating multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams in complex organizational environments
• Strongly process-oriented, with a structured approach to controls, documentation, evidence management, and validation activities
