The company is building a US Sweepstakes Casino product.

• Lead partnerships with SEO affiliates, PPC publishers, media buying teams, comparison websites, review portals, and other performance marketing partners;
• Negotiate and manage CPA, Revenue Share, Hybrid, and fixed-fee commercial deals;
• Identify high-value partners, build strategic partnerships, and scale traffic profitably;
• Analyze partner performance using FTDs, CPA, ROAS, LTV, retention, conversion rates, and traffic quality metrics;
• Use affiliate tracking platforms and analytics tools to optimize partner performance;
• Identify low-quality or fraudulent traffic and work with analytics and fraud teams;
• Shape processes and influence business strategy;
• Build and scale the US Sweepstakes Casino product.

• 3+ Years of hands-on experience in affiliate marketing within iGaming, social casino, sports betting, or a similar performance marketing vertical;
• Proven experience working with US Sweepstakes Casino offers;
• Strong experience managing and growing partnerships with SEO affiliates, PPC affiliates, media buying teams, comparison websites, review portals, and performance publishers;
• Strong understanding of SEO and PPC affiliate models, traffic quality, attribution, and conversion optimization;
• Experience with affiliate tracking platforms and analytics tools, including MyAffiliates, Affilka, Income Access, Google Analytics, and Tableau;
• Strong commercial mindset with excellent negotiation and relationship management skills;
• Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working independently;
• Fluent English, written and spoken;
• Nice to have: Existing network of SEO affiliates, PPC publishers, media buying agencies, and affiliate partners in the US market, experience launching and scaling affiliate programs for US Sweepstakes Casino or online casino brands, understanding of US Sweepstakes regulations and compliance requirements, experience working with media buying agencies and performance marketing teams, experience attending or networking at major iGaming conferences.
