The company operates an international iGaming affiliate network.

• Build, develop, and manage strong relationships with affiliates and traffic partners;
• Recruit new affiliates and activate existing partnerships;
• Work with different traffic sources and identify new growth opportunities;
• Negotiate commercial terms and partnership conditions;
• Work with CPA and Hybrid deal models;
• Monitor partner performance and identify opportunities to scale successful traffic;
• Analyse campaign results and optimise partnerships based on performance;
• Represent the network at industry conferences and events;
• Continuously expand the professional network and bring new opportunities to the business.

• Senior-level experience in affiliate marketing within iGaming;
• An established affiliate network or own base of contacts;
• Strong existing relationships with affiliates, publishers, and traffic partners;
• Proven track record of successfully developing affiliate partnerships;
• Strong understanding of CPA and Hybrid models;
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills;
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision;
• Strong commercial mindset and understanding of performance marketing;
• English is required;
• Candidates should be based in Europe or Ukraine;
• Nice to have: Russian, Ukrainian.
