IRIUM is an international company providing professional services and IT solutions, focusing on dynamic and proactive project delivery across various sectors including logistics.

• Design and maintain a Copilot-ready classification taxonomy and implement it in Microsoft Purview;
• Configure and optimize Sensitivity Labels to control Copilot access and data extraction;
• Build and maintain auto-labeling policies for existing and newly created data;
• Define and manage Data Loss Prevention policies to protect sensitive and regulated information;
• Monitor and document governance controls using Purview Audit Logs and eDiscovery;
• Collaborate with IT Security, Compliance, Legal, and business stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field;
• 4+ Years of experience in Data Governance;
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Purview and Sensitivity Labels;
• Solid understanding of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and hands-on DLP experience;
• Fluency in English;
• Nice to have: Master’s degree in Information Governance, Data Protection, or IT Security, relevant professional certifications (e.g., Microsoft Purview, Information Protection, DLP).
