• Lead a cross-functional Editing Experience team involving Engineering, Design, Data, and go-to-market teams from concept to launch;
• Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap for the editing experience ecosystem;
• Develop high-impact products and features that simplify workflows, eliminate bottlenecks, drive measurable outcomes, and improve customer experience;
• Integrate user feedback and market insights to improve product experience and business outcomes;
• Define business goals, KPIs, and success metrics, track performance, and drive data-informed improvements;
• Mentor and support other Product Managers;
• Operate within an agile environment, manage the product life cycle, and maintain a transparent and concise product roadmap.

• Hands-on experience in the localization or language services industry, at an LSP or localization/translation-technology platform;
• At least 2 years of Product Management experience in the localization industry;
• Experience owning a linguist-facing interface, such as a CAT tool, editor, or review UI, is strongly preferred;
• Proven UX skills and commitment to continuous discovery;
• Ability to empathize with user needs;
• Structured approach to solving complex problems, balancing trade-offs, and delivering customer and business value;
• Proficiency in interpreting data and trends, diagnosing problems, quantifying impact, and making informed decisions;
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills;
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills;
• Excellent organizational and dependency management skills;
• Nice to have: Experience as a linguist, translator, or localization manager before transitioning into product management.
