Emma – The Sleep Company is the world’s largest direct-to-consumer sleep brand, developing sleep comfort products and operating across more than 20 markets with over 35 stores in Europe. Its data product team develops and improves data infrastructure and analytics capabilities to drive business impact.

• Define and execute the vision for marketing data products in support of strategic business objectives;
• Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of marketing data products, including marketing performance reporting, BI dashboards, and new source integrations;
• Gather and distil requirements from marketing stakeholders and translate them into prioritised solutions;
• Maintain and refine the product roadmap with partners, aligning backlog priorities with business needs, user needs, and technical considerations;
• Identify opportunities where better data can improve marketing performance;
• Act as the primary contact for marketing stakeholders, managing expectations and aligning objectives and outcomes;
• Drive product discovery by identifying problems to solve and collaborating on solutions with engineering, analytics, and business teams;
• Maintain a prioritised roadmap with clear milestones and deliver high-impact data features and capabilities;
• Improve data products through iterative delivery, feedback collection, performance measurement, and roadmap and feature refinement.

• 5+ Years of experience in data product management or a similar product role;
• Direct experience with marketing data domains such as attribution, campaign analytics, CRM data, or paid media performance reporting;
• Experience gathering and distilling user requirements, validating hypotheses, and defining products from ambiguous needs;
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and collaborate with data engineers and analysts;
• Understanding of key data warehouse concepts and ability to query datasets for insights;
• Experience using qualitative and quantitative data to set priorities and measure success;
• Ability to explain complex data concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders;
• Understanding of data infrastructure, analytics, governance, and business-value-driven data products;
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and influencing without authority;
• Ability to work in dynamic, uncertain, fast-paced environments and adapt to change;
• Entrepreneurial, impact-oriented approach with proactive opportunity identification and assumption challenging;
• Professional-level Business English;
• Nice to have: familiarity with BI/reporting tools such as Tableau, CDPs, ad platforms, CRM systems, and measurement tools.
