Define, develop, formalize, approve, and share IT standards, procedures, and practices with relevant stakeholders;
Develop a flexible, growth-oriented IT process framework and identify improvement opportunities through active stakeholder collaboration;
Coordinate technology compliance, audit, and regulatory requirements (Due Diligence) processes;
Organize training and prepare guidelines to increase team awareness of IT standards and procedures;
Periodically monitor the effective implementation of IT standards;
Prepare reports in accordance with company rules.

Bachelor’s or higher academic degree in information technology;
At least 5 years of experience in IT Governance;
At least 3 years of practical experience working with CMMI, COBIT, ITIL/ITSM, ISO27000, and GDPR frameworks;
Experience with IT standards, technical writing, and documentation management;
Confident use of Jira, Confluence, MS Visio, and MS Office;
Knowledge of Agile approaches and practices;
Nice to have: English or another foreign language.
