• Define objectives, scope, deliverables, schedule, resources and success criteria, ensuring alignment with the client's requirements and expectations.
• Analyse services, processes and results, identifying opportunities for improvement at the programme level. Evaluate tests, deliverables and dependencies between projects, flagging risks and proposing solutions.
• Monitor progress, manage priorities and implement strategic adjustments when necessary.
• Identify risks and issues in projects, develop mitigation strategies and proactively communicate potential challenges to the parties involved and interested in resolving the matter.
• Develop and maintain clear and effective communication with internal and external clients. Be able to manage and align expectations, resolve problems and provide solutions when necessary.

• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients and internal teams, both verbally and in writing. Ability to manage expectations and handle challenging situations constructively.
• In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, such as Waterfall and Agile, or others, adapting to the specific needs of the client and project.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams, ensuring effective collaboration between team members and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a strategic vision and prioritise needs efficiently.
• Будет плюсом: Experience in the financial and payments sector and/or digital solutions; Knowledge of payment systems from a technological perspective; Microsoft tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Atlassian JIRA/Confluence/Atlas
