• Project Management: Define objectives, scope, deliverables, schedule, resources and success criteria, ensuring alignment with the client’s requirements and expectations.
• Problem-Solving & Critical Thinking: Analyse services, processes and results, identifying opportunities for improvement at program level. Assess tests, deliveries and dependencies between projects, flagging risks and proposing solutions.
• Planning and Execution: Monitor progress, manage priorities and implement strategic adjustments when necessary.
• Risk and Conflict Management: Identify risks and issues in projects, develop mitigation strategies and proactively communicate potential challenges to the people involved and those interested in resolving the matter.
• Expectation Management and Communication: Develop and maintain clear and effective communication with internal and external clients. Be able to manage and align expectations, resolve problems and provide solutions when necessary.

• Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients and internal teams, both verbally and in writing. Ability to manage expectations and handle challenging situations constructively.
• Experience with Agile and Traditional Methodologies: In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, such as Waterfall and Agile, or others, adapting to the specific needs of the client and the project.
• Team/Stakeholder Management Ability: Experience managing cross-functional teams, ensuring effective collaboration between team members and stakeholders.
• Planning and Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a strategic vision, and prioritize needs efficiently.
• Будет плюсом: Experience in finance and payments and/or digital solutions; Knowledge of payment systems from a technological perspective; Microsoft tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Altassian JIRA/Confluence/Atlas
