• Define and standardize maintenance processes across markets, identify best practices from top-performing workshops, and scale them globally
• Develop KPI frameworks to measure and compare maintenance performance at mechanic, city, and global levels, and create structured city improvement plans where gaps are identified
• Act as product owner for the maintenance section of the Charger app, gather field feedback, prioritize improvements, and collaborate with the product team on what to build
• Run internal maintenance audits and structured field visits to assess compliance, surface issues, and support local teams in improving operations
• Ensure workshops comply with relevant safety guidelines, SOPs, and local regulations, including owning global initiatives such as document-signing campaigns across markets
• Bridge local maintenance teams and Bolt’s central teams, channeling field insights and technical concerns into the vehicle development process

• Hands-on experience in operations management, ideally in a field-heavy, multi-market environment, owning end-to-end processes across a large distributed network
• Ability to build meaningful metrics, identify signals in noisy operational data, and translate findings into clear action plans
• Strong process thinking, including documenting, standardizing, and continuously improving workflows and getting dispersed teams to adopt them
• Ability to lead through influence across cultures and levels, earning trust from frontline mechanics and senior stakeholders without direct authority
• Product thinking skills, including identifying tool requirements and communicating them clearly to a development team
