product operations specialist for Rides

Bolt is a global mobility platform used by more than 200 million customers and 4.5 million driver and courier partners across 50 countries. It offers ride-hailing, food delivery, scooters, e-bikes, and car-sharing services to help people move through cities.

• Own stakeholder communications for Rides Product, including executive summaries, weekly status updates, and cross-team briefs
• Design, document, and continuously improve operational processes, SOPs, and escalation paths to reduce manual work and clarify ownership
• Monitor and analyse driver and rider feedback channels, categorise themes, flag emerging trends, and turn findings into actionable briefs for product teams
• Own and lead projects within Rides that impact users
• Collaborate with Product Managers and analysts to ensure insights are data-backed, contextualised, and paired with recommended actions

• 2–4 Years of experience in product operations, business operations, program management, or a similar role in a fast-paced tech environment
• Write clearly and concisely, distilling complex product updates into crisp summaries
• Identify process inefficiencies, design improved workflows, and document them
• Work comfortably with data, pull metrics, build simple reports, and investigate the reasons behind the numbers
• Hands-on experience with Jira or similar project management tools and good ticket hygiene
• Thrive in cross-functional settings and build trust with Product Managers, analysts, and senior stakeholders
• Use AI tools daily and remain responsible for the quality of the output
• Bring drive, intelligence, and integrity; applicants need not meet every listed qualification
