• Act as the primary client contact and build stakeholder relationships throughout the project lifecycle
• Lead the execution and delivery of integrated well construction projects across drilling, completions, intervention, and associated services
• Manage project performance against safety, operational, financial, and contractual objectives
• Oversee mobilisation planning, resource allocation, and operational readiness across multiple wellsites, rigs, and service lines
• Drive on-time project delivery while maintaining Baker Hughes quality and HSE standards
• Monitor and forecast project revenue, costs, profitability, and cash flow against financial targets and P&L expectations
• Identify and mitigate operational, commercial, and contractual risks throughout the project lifecycle
• Coordinate operations, engineering, service delivery teams, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to achieve project objectives
• Review project performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior leadership and client stakeholders
• Lead contract management activities, ensure compliance with contractual obligations, and manage scope changes when required
• Identify opportunities to support business growth through additional products and services within existing projects
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and promote best practices across project execution and service delivery
• Provide regular updates and performance reports to regional leadership and stakeholder groups

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Management, or a related discipline
• Significant oil and gas industry experience, including managing large-scale integrated projects
• Experience delivering drilling, completions, intervention, or well construction projects
• Strong commercial and financial management skills, including revenue forecasting, budgeting, profitability management, and P&L accountability
• Experience managing complex client-facing projects involving multiple service lines and subcontractors
• Strong contract and commercial management capabilities
• Ability to identify project risks and implement mitigation and recovery plans
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams across multiple locations and operational environments
• Strong stakeholder management and client relationship-building skills
• Strong reporting, planning, and project governance capabilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
