- Define and design the data governance model for unstructured data products and assets.
- Establish governance principles, policies, standards and processes specific to this type of information.
- Identify needs, risks, roles and responsibilities associated with managing unstructured data.
- Collaborate with business, analytics and technology teams to align governance initiatives with organizational objectives.
- Lead working sessions with stakeholders from different areas and facilitate the adoption of the defined practices.
- Participate in the evolution of Data Governance frameworks, methodologies and procedures.
