• Comprehensive Project Management: Plan, execute, and supervise technological projects from conception through final delivery, ensuring that objectives and deliverables are met.
• Team Coordination: Lead and motivate multidisciplinary teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
• Stakeholder Management: Maintain fluent and effective communication with all stakeholders, including clients, technical teams, and senior management.
• Risk and Change Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks, as well as effectively manage change requests to minimize their impact on the project.
• Technical Compliance: Ensure the correct understanding and application of technical requirements, and supervise the technical implications of decisions made.
• Reporting and Monitoring: Prepare detailed progress reports and present project status to management and clients.
• Optimization and Continuous Improvement: Propose and implement improvements to project management processes and communications infrastructure.

• Project Management Experience: At least 5 years of demonstrable experience managing technological projects.
• Financial/Banking Sector: Proven experience in the banking or financial sector, understanding its specific characteristics and requirements.
• IT Infrastructure Experience: Solid experience managing network, communications, or IT infrastructure projects.
• Technical Perspective: Sufficient technical knowledge to coordinate projects and understand their technical implications, with a solid understanding of data center, network, and security environments.
• Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead, fostering team motivation and development.
• Communication and Negotiation: Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Professional Attitude: Autonomy, proactivity, and a strong results orientation.
