Academy of Digital Industries is an educational platform established in Tbilisi in 2018 to address a shortage of digital professionals in the local market, and it partnered with Tether in 2023 to expand its practical, career-oriented education globally.

• Share knowledge, mentor students, and support their professional growth;
• Conduct online and offline workshops following a detailed syllabus with active discussions and project-based learning;
• Teach Agile and Scrum methodologies practically and integrate them into real projects;
• Demonstrate modern project management tools like Jira, Asana, and Trello and help students master them;
• Create a practical teaching model based on personal experience using real cases;
• Support and encourage students throughout the learning process;
• Create an engaging, positive, and inclusive environment during teaching;
• Stay updated on industry news and apply the latest approaches to teaching;
• Encourage innovation and a creative environment during workshops.

• Have at least 3-4 years of work experience in digital project management;
• Possess deep knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies;
• Have practical knowledge of modern project management platforms such as Jira, Asana, Trello, Notion, and Miro;
• Speak Georgian at a native or advanced level;
• Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Nice to have: Teaching or mentoring experience, Scrum.org certificates such as Professional Scrum Product Owner II or Professional Agile Leadership I.
