задачи
- Manage project teams;
- Lead workshops to collect requirements and conduct gap analysis;
- Oversee WMS implementation projects;
- Handle TMS implementations or major changes;
- Secure commitment and foster collaboration across the organization;
- Manage situations and provide leadership in critical scenarios;
- Work with all levels of management;
- Build and maintain informal networks inside the customer organization and internally.
требования
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Logistics, or a related field;
- Formal structured project management qualification (e.g., Prince II, PMP, AGILE);
- At least 5 years of experience in a large international logistic environment;
- 2–5+ Years of IT project management experience;
- Proven experience in managing project teams;
- Experience with WMS implementation projects;
- Experience leading workshops to collect requirements and conduct gap analysis;
- Experience working in Agile environments, including Scrum and Kanban;
- Fluent in English and French;
- Nice to have: Experience with TMS systems, experience with Blue Yonder WMS.
