Project Manager

JENLY.AI develops AI-powered solutions for highly regulated industries, including pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and biotechnology. The company provides an Agentic AI Assistant designed to help regulatory affairs, quality, and compliance teams create, update, and manage complex technical documentation.

• Lead customer implementation projects from planning through delivery, ensuring completion on time, within scope, and within budget;
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle;
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Product Management, Engineering, AI, Regulatory Affairs, Customer Success, and Sales;
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables, risks, and resource requirements;
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies;
• Organize and facilitate customer workshops, project meetings, steering committees, and status updates;
• Ensure successful implementation and adoption of solutions to drive long-term customer success;
• Develop and improve scalable project management processes, documentation, and best practices;
• Collaborate with leadership on strategic initiatives, customer feedback, and company growth projects;
• Identify opportunities to improve internal workflows and operational efficiency through process optimization.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field;
• At least 3 years of experience in project management, ideally within SaaS, AI, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or other regulated industries;
• Proven experience managing multiple stakeholders, customer implementations, and complex cross-functional projects;
• Excellent organizational, planning, and communication skills;
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies;
• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken);
• Strong systems thinker with the ability to design scalable, repeatable processes;
• Curious about emerging technologies and motivated to leverage automation and AI;
• Ability to think independently and produce high-quality work;
• Adaptable, flexible, and comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment;
• Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented with a strong sense of ownership;
• Nice to have: Experience with Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum), experience in Regulatory Affairs, Quality Management, or Compliance.
