Betsson Georgia operates in the iGaming and sports betting industry, providing sportsbook products and related services focused on customer experience, engagement, and satisfaction.
задачи
- Partner with the Sports Trading team to align product initiatives with commercial objectives and optimize operational processes;
- Own the Sportsbook product and related services, driving improvements in product performance, customer engagement, and user satisfaction;
- Manage the Sportsbook product budget, align it with business KPIs, monitor utilization, and deliver financial targets;
- Ensure Sportsbook products and services comply with regulatory and compliance requirements;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, external vendors, and technology partners;
- Monitor industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify innovation and product growth opportunities;
- Drive the implementation of new features, enhancements, and product improvements;
- Lead continuous process optimization initiatives to improve operational efficiency and product delivery;
- Perform other product-related duties assigned by the direct manager.
требования
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Technology, or a related field;
- 3–5 Years of Product Management experience, preferably in the iGaming, Sports Betting, or Gambling industry;
- Experience managing products throughout the full lifecycle, from strategy and roadmap to launch and continuous optimization;
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience with project management tools such as Jira or Trello;
- Understanding of Sports Betting and iGaming market trends and regulatory requirements;
- Experience working with cross-functional Product, Trading, Technology, Marketing, and Compliance teams;
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills;
- Experience with budgeting, KPI management, and performance reporting;
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
- Fluent Georgian and English, written and spoken.
