Product Owner

Jisr provides a unified, deeply localized SaaS platform designed to digitize and optimize workforce operations for organizations across KSA and the GCC. The company focuses on revolutionizing people management through data-driven iteration and scalable infrastructure.

• Define and own the strategy for shared platform foundations and their consumption by product verticals;
• Drive the roadmap for foundational capabilities that require system-wide consistency;
• Partner with vertical product managers to identify needs, establish clear contracts, and reduce duplication;
• Establish platform standards, patterns, guardrails, versioning, and deprecation policies;
• Collaborate with engineering and architecture to design extensible, scalable, and configurable data models;
• Ensure platform foundations support KSA-specific requirements and multi-country GCC expansion;
• Develop self-service capabilities to enable customer admins to configure foundations with minimal engineering involvement;
• Balance competing demands from multiple verticals and external admins to maximize systemic leverage;
• Lead and grow product managers responsible for foundational sub-domains;
• Track platform-specific outcomes including adoption, reuse, configuration coverage, and time-to-build metrics.

• 7–10+ Years of experience in product management, specifically with platform, core, or infrastructure products in multi-tenant B2B SaaS;
• Strong systems thinking with the ability to reason about data models, APIs, RBAC, and policy engines;
• Proven track record of building shared capabilities consumed by other product teams;
• Exceptional stakeholder management and cross-functional prioritization skills;
• Experience with governance, standards, versioning, and managing technical debt;
• Ability to partner deeply with engineering and architecture to make sound design trade-offs;
• Strong data-driven decision-making and communication skills;
• Nice to have: HR, payroll, or fintech domain knowledge, KSA/GCC market experience, admin-heavy enterprise product background.
