Product Owner

Nelly Solutions builds an AI-driven financial operating system for European healthcare, transforming administrative processes into automated workflows for patient care, billing, and payments. The company focuses on addressing the shortage of medical professionals by creating intelligent software solutions for medical practices.

• Own the strategy and roadmap for the Billing Agent product to maximize practice time savings and revenue;
• Manage the product lifecycle from user discovery to launch by synthesizing customer feedback, data, and market trends;
• Run a high-intensity product-market fit lab to form hypotheses, ship, measure, and iterate on product features;
• Visit medical practices to work on-site with dentists and dental assistants to understand workflows and build vertical AI solutions;
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to define data plans, metrics, and evaluation setups for agentic product experiences;
• Drive decisions with go-to-market and finance teams regarding pricing, rollout, expansion, and commercial success.

• 6+ Years of experience in product management, including 1-2 years building and shipping AI/ML or data-heavy products like LLMs or STT;
• Proven track record of shipping exceptional B2B or prosumer products in high-velocity environments;
• Strong product sense for integrating agentic experiences into workflows to reduce friction;
• Data-driven mindset with experience in tracking product metrics, utilization rates, and precision/recall;
• Solid technical understanding for conducting detailed discussions with engineers and making trade-off decisions;
• German language proficiency at C1 level or higher;
• Nice to have: Experience in German healthcare, specifically dental or outpatient care, amazing track record of delivering high-impact products, experience with high-growth SaaS products using usage or outcome-based pricing.
