The platform facilitates high-efficiency access to premium materials by digitizing supply chain management and creating intelligent connections between suppliers and buyers. With a global presence across Europe, China, and India, the organization focuses on scaling operations and setting industry standards in autonomous supply chain orchestration.

• Own a P&L-relevant product area, such as logistics automation, pricing, or embedded finance, from discovery to delivery;
• Manage concrete targets based on automation and retention metrics;
• Conduct weekly in-person discovery sessions with traders, logistics operators, and buyers;
• Drive prioritization and delivery processes with the engineering squad, including making decisions on what features to exclude;
• Lead post-launch iterations based on usage data and margin impact.

• 5+ Years of experience in product management, including at least 2 years at a B2B scale-up with ownership of a product area;
• Experience shipping products in operations-heavy domains like logistics, marketplaces, supply chain, or fintech;
• Proficiency in data analysis, including defining metrics and pulling numbers independently;
• Proven track record of managing fast MVP cycles with clear decision-making processes;
• Fluent in English;
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of taking full ownership of problem-solving;
• Nice to have: Experience shipping AI-powered features to production, German language skills.
