Product Owner

Eye-Able is a scale-up providing software solutions that make the internet accessible to everyone from legal, technical, and human perspectives. The company holds a market-leading position in Germany and is currently undergoing international expansion.

• Own a product area end-to-end, including roadmap and strategy aligned with company goals;
• Prototype with AI tools to test ideas rapidly;
• Run discovery and manage delivery from specifications to rollout;
• Make data-driven decisions by setting KPIs, forming hypotheses, and performing analyses;
• Champion an accessibility-first mindset;
• Partner with the VP Product to design and implement the product operating model;
• Establish and improve team rituals, cadences, and product metrics;
• Assess and improve product tooling and cross-functional hand-offs;
• Manage product documentation and knowledge management;
• Mentor other PMs and set standards for discovery and delivery.

• Senior or lead-level PM experience with a track record of owning a product area and driving impact, ideally in B2B SaaS;
• AI-native mindset with daily use of LLMs and agents, and experience shipping at least one AI-powered feature;
• Strong systems instinct for improving product team planning, prioritization, and documentation;
• Proficiency in discovery and disciplined delivery;
• Data-literate with experience setting KPIs and performing basic analyses;
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
• Fluent English;
• Nice to have: German language skills, familiarity with digital accessibility (WCAG) and legislation (BFSG, European Accessibility Act), exposure to Product Operations, experience with developer-facing, governance, compliance, or audit products.
