Product Owner

Overgear is an international e-commerce platform for gaming currency and in-game services, including boosting and coaching. The platform serves over 200,000 users monthly, generates over $25M in annual revenue, and operates across more than 100 countries.

• Research user behavior on landing pages and the checkout page through analytics, session recordings, interviews, and exit-point analysis;
• Form and prioritize conversion growth hypotheses;
• Build the infrastructure for advertising landing pages;
• Launch and manage A/B tests;
• Work with product metrics such as landing page CR, checkout CR, bounce rate, add-to-cart, and step-by-step funnel drop-off;
• Improve message match between landing pages and ad messaging across different segments and channels;
• Optimize the user journey based on context, including device, traffic source, game, and service type;
• Identify and implement AI tools to accelerate experimentation;
• Manage a cross-functional team and drive tasks through to release;
• Align product decisions with marketing by taking audience specifics, offers, and seasonality into account.

• 3+ Years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner;
• Hands-on experience working with conversion-focused pages;
• Strong understanding of the paid traffic funnel and how ad messaging impacts on-site behavior;
• Experience launching A/B tests and working with analytics tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, or GA4;
• Ability to read data and distinguish meaningful results from noise;
• Experience in e-commerce, marketplace, or platform-based products;
• Ability to generate hypotheses quickly and validate them without unnecessary approvals;
• Understanding of UX fundamentals and the ability to discuss solutions with designers in a reasoned way;
• Ability to launch fast MVPs, including with no-code and AI tools;
• English proficiency at B2+ level;
• Fluent Russian;
• Nice to have: Gaming experience and a deep understanding of the industry, strong command of product metrics and an understanding of how analytics can be used to improve the product and increase its effectiveness.
