Product Owner

Replika develops an AI companion application designed to provide users with an empathetic and intelligent conversational experience. The product aims to redefine human-technology interaction by offering a personalized digital presence that evolves through user engagement across mobile and VR platforms.

• Own and improve predicted revenue per install and per web-funnel visitor;
• Execute end-to-end monetization experiments including paywall design, pricing, packaging, offers, and subscription flows;
• Prioritize and maintain a steady cadence of A/B tests based on expected revenue impact;
• Develop clear technical specifications for engineering teams;
• Collaborate with GTM teams to align monetization signals with user acquisition and pricing strategies;
• Work directly with product, engineering, and the CEO to drive rapid iteration and implementation.

• Extensive product management experience focused primarily on monetization for consumer products;
• Proven track record of improving key monetization metrics such as ARPU, LTV, conversion, and trial-to-paid rates;
• Ability to demonstrate original monetization ideas developed from first principles;
• Strong analytical skills with experience in designing, running, and interpreting A/B tests;
• Proficiency in using AI tools for research, documentation, and analysis;
• Fluent English (written and spoken);
• Nice to have: Experience monetizing B2C subscription apps, deep familiarity with mobile monetization and experimentation stacks (Amplitude, feature flags, server-side testing), experience with AI-native or emotionally engaging consumer apps, experience with web-to-app funnels, experience building monetization testing processes from scratch.
