Amazon's EU Emerging Stores Retail Supply Chain team develops retail supply chain strategies and execution for newer European markets. The team focuses on improving delivery experience while creating innovative, cost-effective solutions tailored to each country's characteristics.
задачи
Execute inventory concentration in ideal Fulfillment Centers to improve delivery speed for EU Emerging Stores customers;
Collaborate with partner teams to deliver inventory placement improvements;
Partner with supply chain teams to improve local sourcing share in EU Emerging Stores;
Serve as a country expert and provide strategic guidance on supply chain challenges and opportunities;
Improve Retail inventory availability and health by reducing unhealthy inventory and increasing in-stock rates;
Identify and address opportunities to reduce cost-to-serve within Retail Supply Chain;
Analyze inventory placement effectiveness, local sourcing metrics, and delivery speed performance;
Translate data insights into concrete improvement initiatives;
Align with central placement teams, operations partners, and technology teams to advance initiatives;
Own end-to-end project delivery from opportunity identification and business case development through execution and results measurement;
Present findings and recommendations in well-written documents;
Participate in weekly business reviews for country markets.

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field;
Strong analytical abilities and confidence using data;
Communication, presentation, and negotiation skills;
Ability to work autonomously, conduct deep dives, and build data-supported recommendations and business cases;
Nice to have: Master's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field, knowledge of Tableau, SQL, or QuickSight, experience with Data & AI technologies including AI/ML, GenAI, Analytics, Database, or Storage, experience in e-commerce operations, inventory management, or retail supply chain, experience managing cross-functional projects across multiple teams, fluency in Dutch, Swedish, Polish, or French.
