Qonto builds accounting products intended to become the default finance workspace for SMEs across Germany and beyond.

• Own the product roadmap end-to-end by defining what to build, why to build it, and in what order;
• Work with engineers, designers, and domain experts to ship features for German SMEs and their accountants;
• Develop a deep understanding of German accounting workflows;
• Define and execute the German accounting strategy by understanding customer needs, evaluating build-versus-partner options, and shaping the local offering;
• Use AI tools and AI capabilities to identify where automation and intelligence can improve accounting;
• Challenge assumptions, prototype quickly, and pursue the best possible product;
• Operate with maximum squad autonomy by owning the roadmap, choosing approaches, and shipping independently.

• Deep expertise in the German accounting domain, gained through work at or closely with a German accounting-tech company;
• 5+ Years of Product Manager experience;
• Experience taking products from 0 to 1 or significantly scaling them;
• Outcome-focused approach and comfort making difficult trade-offs;
• AI-native workflow across research, analysis, specification writing, and user testing;
• German fluency;
• Strong English for cross-functional work across Qonto's European teams.
