• Deliver a world-class, compliant, and user-centric Runtime Platform;
• Help build the strategy for the evolution of the Runtime Platform product, its organisational interactions, global rollout, and build-versus-buy decisions;
• Understand the needs of teams developing products and services on the Runtime Platform and identify clear product improvements;
• Identify inefficiencies and create solutions that help product, engineering, and design teams make the biggest impact;
• Communicate the product vision and ensure alignment across product, engineering, design, Bank, Legal, Compliance, commercial, and other cross-functional groups;
• Make complex decisions based on analytics, user feedback, and business goals;
• Set clear goals and priorities and manage stakeholder expectations.

• Experience building internal tools and working with developers as users;
• Proven track record of building scalable and efficient products in a mature environment;
• Strong technical understanding of Cloud Computing and emerging trends in the domain;
• Deep understanding of the product life cycle and how infrastructure products and tooling enable other teams;
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to use data and customer insights to inform decisions and inspire new thinking;
• Extensive experience with agile methodologies and leading cross-functional engineering teams.
