product manager for healthcare professionals

Exact Sciences develops cancer detection and treatment guidance solutions aimed at providing earlier, smarter answers and reducing the impact of cancer and related suffering.

• Define product roadmaps and drive end-to-end delivery for assigned digital product areas or healthcare professional journeys;
• Gather and analyze business requirements, define user stories and acceptance criteria, and verify delivered work against stakeholder needs;
• Serve as the voice of the customer and Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) in product decisions;
• Translate user and business needs into high-level requirements and recommend solutions using cost-benefit analysis and business strategy;
• Define and prioritize features while balancing user value, business impact, and technical feasibility;
• Contribute to service design deliverables, including journey maps, service blueprints, and user flows;
• Support launch readiness and go-to-market collaboration with Marketing, Customer Care, and Commercial teams;
• Track product performance and recommend continuous improvements;
• Define KPIs and metrics, monitor performance, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions;
• Plan and synthesize usability testing, user interviews, and concept validation with UX Research and Design;
• Create and maintain product roadmaps covering feature development and releases;
• Communicate product strategy, roadmap, progress, updates, and releases to internal and external stakeholders;
• Manage stakeholder expectations and prioritize competing demands;
• Participate in Agile ceremonies;
• Review completed work, provide feedback, and accept deliverables where applicable;
• Manage, groom, and prioritize the product backlog in line with product strategy and OKRs;
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers and business partners;
• Influence decisions and build consensus across functions in a complex, cross-cultural matrixed environment;
• Mentor, coach, and provide technical guidance to junior team members;
• Uphold company mission and values through accountability, innovation, integrity, quality, and teamwork;
• Support and comply with the company’s Quality Management System policies and procedures;

• Bachelor’s Degree in a field related to the essential duties, or an Associate’s Degree plus 2 years of relevant experience, or a High School Diploma/GED plus 4 years of relevant experience;
• 5 Years of relevant professional experience;
• Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver products or services;
• Experience with modern product management, product discovery, product delivery, and product management platforms and tools;
• Ability to facilitate product vision, strategic roadmaps, and go-to-market strategy as part of an end-to-end user experience;
• Advanced problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills;
• Advanced business analysis skills, including process definition, user flows, and business KPIs;
• Advanced ability to translate complex user, business, operational, and technical requirements into epics, features, stories, and acceptance criteria;
• Experience with A/B testing, user testing, user interviews, and conversion funnels;
• Experience collaborating with engineers, designers, researchers, subject matter experts, and company leaders;
• Professional English proficiency, minimum B2/C1 CEFR, written and spoken;
• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the country where the work will be performed;
• Nice to have: Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Marketing, Business, or Finance; experience developing customer-facing digital portals, web applications, or mobile applications in healthcare, life sciences, or another regulated industry; familiarity with healthcare regulatory contexts such as GDPR; Agile, Scrum, or Kanban experience; knowledge of Adobe Analytics, Tableau, Google Analytics, AB Tasty, Optimizely, MoEngage, Adobe XD, Figma, or Sketch.
