product manager for global trade

• Lead the development and execution of the Global Trade Services Data, Automation & AI vision and roadmap;
• Identify, define, evaluate, and prioritize opportunities that improve efficiency, customer experience, and business performance;
• Establish and maintain a pipeline of automation, analytics, and AI use cases aligned with business priorities;
• Own and manage the portfolio backlog of Data, Automation & AI capabilities and initiatives;
• Prioritize investments based on business value, feasibility, risk, and strategic alignment;
• Ensure capabilities and initiatives are delivered on time and achieve expected business benefits;
• Foster collaboration across cross-functional delivery teams to maximize business impact;
• Partner with Business Analysts, Automation & AI Engineers, Data Scientists, IT teams, and business stakeholders;
• Remove obstacles, manage dependencies, and drive effective decision-making;
• Communicate vision, progress, risks, and achievements to all levels of the organization;
• Promote a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement;
• Contribute to governance models, delivery frameworks, and best practices;
• Support change management and organizational adoption of new technologies.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field;
• Experience in Product Management, Digital Transformation, Business Transformation, Program Management, or a similar leadership role;
• Proven track record of delivering complex cross-functional initiatives;
• Strong business acumen with the ability to connect technology investments to business value;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities;
• Experience working in Agile or product-led delivery environments;
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities;
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal;
• Nice to have: experience with Data & Analytics, Automation, Artificial Intelligence, or Digital Transformation initiatives; Product Management certification (Pragmatic, SAFe, Scrum Product Owner, PMI, or similar); familiarity with AI, Generative AI, Machine Learning, and intelligent automation concepts; experience working with business analysts, data scientists, software engineers, or automation engineers; knowledge of portfolio management, benefits realization, and value measurement methodologies; experience in logistics, customs clearance, supply chain, or international trade environments.
