product manager for fitness technology

BEAT81 is a fitness-tech startup that combines technology, group training, expert coaching, HIIT and RIDE workouts, real-time heart rate monitoring, and gamification to create dynamic and personalized fitness experiences across Europe and beyond.

• Audit and rationalize the existing CRM tooling landscape through an intentional architecture review;
• Own the communications strategy across customer and coach user bases;
• Define and improve mobile app onboarding and engagement flows;
• Connect CRM communication journeys to in-app user journeys;
• Own the community platform product;
• Segment and manage communications across distinct user bases and sub-segments;
• Act as a key partner to stakeholders and leadership, driving alignment and clarity.

• Experience as a Product Manager in a startup or scale-up environment;
• Strong experience partnering closely with engineering and design teams;
• Experience applying product practices such as roadmapping and prioritization;
• Comfort reviewing technical architecture, CRM integrations, and tool ecosystems;
• Systems-thinking mindset with the ability to understand how processes, teams, and tools connect;
• Process-oriented approach and experience improving and scaling existing infrastructure as the business grows;
• Proven ownership in defining and shaping product strategy and long-term vision;
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, including clear and confident executive communication;
• Structured and well-organized approach with a strong bias toward action and execution;
• User-centric mindset focused on delivering meaningful and impactful solutions;
• Ability to work autonomously, take accountability, and navigate challenges effectively;
• Adaptability in fast-paced and dynamic environments;
• Genuine passion for fitness, sports, and building products in this space;
• Fluent English;
• Nice to have: German language skills.
