product manager for digital platforms

SCRM guides traditional businesses through digital evolution using customer data, commercial strategies, automation, real-time offer and content customization, cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and data platforms. As Lidl’s international digitalization and customer intelligence hub, it develops Lidl Plus, big data, marketing automation, business intelligence, payment, analytics, machine learning, and omnichannel platforms.

• Serve as the functional knowledge expert for components;
• Act as the liaison between the Accessibility Committee and Squad 33;
• Reinforce product communication and promotion among stakeholders;
• Coordinate release delivery with squads for effective release management;
• Manage content, including creating tasks for countries in Lokalise;
• Collaborate as part of the Squad Product Trio by communicating, organizing the product, and adding value beyond the role;
• Create and track tasks to ensure end-to-end implementation of ODS components by the correct squads through production release;
• Communicate with One Design System consumers to manage requests and expectations and motivate them to implement and contribute to the community;
• Assist the Product Owner in organizing negotiations for component delivery and development and collect feedback across countries and squads as part of stakeholder management.

• Complete professional fluency in English;
• Proactive, autonomous, organized, and analytical approach;
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or other Agile tools;
• Minimum 5 years of experience in software or digital projects;
• Experience working with component libraries and design files;
• Experience working on social or consumer-facing products across desktop and mobile platforms;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to lead meetings, debate, and give feedback while respecting colleagues;
• Demonstrated senior profile with the ability to generate ideas and materialize them into effective solutions.
