product manager for digital health records

Flo is a health and fitness app focused on female health. It is building AI-powered, privacy-first, clinically backed digital health experiences, including personalised healthcare and virtual care.

• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for Health Records and data integrations, enabling scalable and secure data ingestion from multiple vendors and systems
• Own the end-to-end health data lifecycle, from ingestion and normalization to enrichment and activation in downstream experiences
• Lead development of a unified health data model for personalised user experiences, clinical use cases, and Virtual Clinics services
• Partner with the design team to create high-quality UI/UX patterns for presenting health insights, longitudinal records, and care journeys
• Ensure health data is presented in an actionable, empathetic, and clinically responsible way, balancing simplicity with accuracy
• Partner with Engineering, Data, Clinical, and Legal teams on data accuracy, regulatory compliance, and user privacy
• Own product and technical specifications, participate in technical trade-off discussions, and contribute to architecture-level decisions and day-to-day squad execution
• Drive vendor integration strategy, including prioritisation, evaluation, and long-term partnership management
• Collaborate with the AI Platform team to make high-quality structured data available for models and personalised insights
• Balance speed and scalability through trade-offs across infrastructure, data quality, and user-facing impact
• Establish metrics to evaluate data quality, coverage, and impact on user outcomes and business goals
• Track trends in digital health, interoperability, virtual care, and UX patterns in consumer health products

• 7+ Years of product management experience, including work on platform, data, or infrastructure products
• Strong technical background, including experience with APIs, data pipelines, or distributed systems
• Experience integrating third-party vendors, APIs, or complex ecosystems
• Understanding of data modeling, data quality challenges, and trade-offs in scalable data platforms
• Track record of partnering closely with design to deliver high-quality, intuitive products
• Ability to translate complex technical systems and data into simple, user-friendly interfaces and flows
• Experience in regulated environments and collaboration with clinical, legal, privacy, and security stakeholders
• Ability to define and deliver products in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
• Analytical mindset and experience defining and tracking metrics for platform or data products
• Track record of iterative delivery and experimentation in complex technical domains
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including aligning cross-functional teams around complex initiatives
• Passion for impactful healthcare products and improving user outcomes through data
