• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company objectives and market opportunities;
• Lead product discovery efforts by working with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to validate assumptions and prioritize investments;
• Drive cross-functional execution by partnering with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to bring products from concept to launch;
• Establish product management processes, frameworks, and operating rhythms to enable effective decision-making;
• Own prioritization across competing initiatives while balancing customer needs, business impact, and technical constraints;
• Refine strategy and roadmap decisions using customer feedback, market intelligence, and product analytics;
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to support product launches and customer adoption;
• Build and develop the product organization by establishing a high-performance culture and hiring talent.

• 10+ Years of experience in Product Management, including leadership responsibilities;
• Proven track record of building and scaling successful B2B technology products;
• Experience in cloud infrastructure, developer tools, AI infrastructure, SaaS, or similar technical environments;
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to execute in fast-moving environments;
• Experience defining product vision, strategy, roadmaps, and prioritization frameworks;
• Deep understanding of product discovery, customer research, and product lifecycle management;
• Experience leading and developing product teams;
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills;
• Ability to influence executive decision-making through data and business understanding;
• Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive product decisions;
• Excellent communication and storytelling abilities;
• Nice to have: Experience in cloud computing, AI infrastructure, GPUs, or high-performance computing environments, experience working with technical buyers, developers, researchers, or infrastructure teams, experience scaling products and teams in a high-growth company, familiarity with European cloud, AI, and regulatory landscapes, technical background in engineering or computer science.
