Product Manager

N26 is a digital banking platform that provides a branchless, paperless, and fee-transparent financial experience. The company focuses on leveraging technology and design to build a global banking ecosystem that simplifies money management for users worldwide.

• Drive the strategy and execution for self-service product configuration and orchestration tools;
• Define and execute the roadmap for core product infrastructure, including transactional and gateway data flows;
• Maintain and scale the central system of record for financial features, interest rates, limits, and fee structures;
• Partner with product managers, designers, and core engineers to improve platform architecture;
• Collaborate with local market teams, legal, operations, and compliance to integrate automated compliance guardrails;
• Oversee technical relationships and integrations with third-party core banking providers and financial vendors.

• 4+ Years of Product Management experience in FinTech, modern banking, or complex API-driven ecosystems;
• Strong familiarity with backend architectures, relational databases, system integrations, and internal API products;
• Proven experience working with centralized digital product catalogs, configuration engines, or complex financial orchestration systems;
• Deep understanding of agile product development, continuous integration, and scalable delivery practices;
• Undergraduate degree in a STEM field, Business, or Economics;
• Nice to have: Previous experience managing high-engagement third-party vendors, MBA, MS, or equivalent advanced degree.
