• Own the end-to-end driver funnel from acquisition through activation;
• Define product strategy for the driver acquisition and activation stream;
• Develop and execute the product roadmap for communication features aligned with strategic goals;
• Oversee the entire lifecycle of communication features from concept to refinement;
• Lead and coordinate engineering, design, QA, and business teams to meet product specifications and deadlines;
• Monitor and ensure communication features comply with privacy and security regulations;
• Integrate innovative solutions to enhance user experience based on market trends;
• Set long-term product goals and break them down into detailed metrics for OKRs.

• 5+ Years of product management experience;
• Expertise in breaking down goals into metrics and hypotheses;
• Proficiency in analyzing data to derive insights;
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and negotiate;
• Strategic thinking ability to align product decisions with business goals;
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and product management tools;
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles;
• English B2/C1+.
