• Increase driver retention and the frequency they choose to drive;
• Transform the driver's journey from a series of individual orders into a long-term, rewarding partnership;
• Own the Loyalty Strategy by developing and executing the roadmap for all driver loyalty and engagement initiatives, from gamification to rewards programs;
• Design Game Mechanics by creating and testing systems like badges, leaderboards, and personalized challenges to make the daily driving experience more engaging and fun;
• Develop Loyalty Programs by building tiered programs that recognize and reward active and high-quality drivers with tangible benefits;
• Foster Community by exploring and launching features that create a sense of belonging and social connection among drivers;
• Define and Grow Key Metrics measured by the growth in driver retention rates, increased trip frequency per driver, and lower driver churn;
• Champion the Driver's Voice by working closely with research, data, and regional teams to deeply understand what motivates drivers beyond the fare and bring those insights into the product.

• Have 3+ years of product management experience;
• Demonstrate expertise in breaking down goals into metrics and hypotheses with the ability to formulate and select the right metrics for decision-making;
• Show proficiency in analyzing data to derive insights while avoiding analytical paralysis;
• Possess a strong sense of responsibility and moderate perfectionism, ensuring high-quality product design and functionality;
• Exhibit the ability to think strategically, aligning product decisions with business goals and creating cohesive narratives to justify product focus;
• Have strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and effectively negotiate;
• Be capable of thriving in fast-paced, uncertain environments, with excellent problem-solving abilities;
• Demonstrate proficiency in Agile methodologies, product management tools, and a deep understanding of user-centered design principles;
• Fluent in English at B2/C1+ level;
• Nice to have: Russian.
