Product manager

We are on the lookout for a Product Manager to join our Product Department.

• Develop and execute the product strategy in line with overall company goals, with a focus on sustainable product growth;
• Research customer needs, market trends, and emerging opportunities to identify areas for product development and growth;
• Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and other teams to take product initiatives from idea to launch;
• Define and prioritize product features and improvements based on customer feedback, market insights, and business priorities;
• Work with stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle to gather requirements, communicate progress, and address concerns;
• Monitor and analyze product KPIs to understand performance, measure success, and identify opportunities for improvement;
• Keep up with industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to support informed product decision.

• 3+ years of experience in Product Management or a similar role;
• Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in funnel analysis, cohort analysis, LTV, and other product metrics;
• Experience planning and running A/B tests and using data to make informed product decisions;
• Understanding of relevant regulatory requirements and their impact on product development;
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment, balance different interests, and make decisions when priorities conflict;
• English at B2 level or higher, with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional environment.
