Project manager for content and design teams

Keydev is on the lookout for a Project Manager to coordinate the work of our Content and Design Teams. As a Project Manager, you’ll coordinate projects and day-to-day work across the Content and Design teams, keeping priorities, deadlines, and workloads on track. You’ll work closely with Team Leads and department heads to remove blockers and make sure work runs smoothly. You’ll also look for ways to simplify and automate processes, improve Jira workflows, and use data and AI to make team operations more efficient.

• Coordinate ongoing projects and day-to-day tasks across the Content and Design departments;
• Track deadlines, priorities, dependencies, and blockers to keep work on schedule;
• Support Team Leads with workload planning, task coordination, and day-to-day operations;
• Take over operational responsibilities during periods of high workload or when another Project Manager is unavailable;
• Identify inefficient or manual processes and suggest ways to simplify and automate them;
• Identify opportunities to use AI in internal workflows and support the implementation of relevant solutions;
• Configure and improve Jira workflows, automations, filters, dashboards, and reporting;
• Prepare regular reports on production, workload, timelines, bottlenecks, and key risks across Content and Design;
• Use data to identify operational issues and recommend practical process improvements;
• Work closely with Team Leads, department heads, and internal stakeholders to keep teams aligned and projects moving forward.

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role.
• Experience coordinating multiple teams or workstreams simultaneously;
• Strong knowledge of Atlassian tools, especially Jira, with the ability to configure workflows, automations, filters, dashboards, and reports independently;
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel, set priorities, and keep work on track;
• Ability to analyze workflows, identify root causes of process issues, and suggest practical improvements;
• Ability to work with reporting data, identify key insights, and turn them into clear conclusions and recommendations;
• Strong interest in AI and hands-on experience using AI tools in day-to-day work;
• Proactive approach and willingness to identify, suggest, and drive process improvements;
• English at B2 level or higher.
