INFUSE is a demand generation company providing solutions to B2B organizations, helping clients and partners deliver audience, buyers, and account engagement.

• Lead multiple projects simultaneously across departments, delivering on time, within scope, and on budget;
• Own end-to-end project delivery: planning, solution design, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management;
• Analyze workflows and business processes to identify inefficiencies and translate them into actionable requirements;
• Drive process improvements through process modeling, data analysis, and gap analysis;
• Lead change management efforts, ensuring smooth transitions and stakeholder buy-in;
• Coordinate cross-functional teams on the integration of systems, processes, and technology solutions;
• Keep stakeholders aligned throughout - requirements gathering, progress updates, and expectation management.

• 4+ Years of project management experience;
• Background in Business Analysis or Product Management;
• Proven track record of improving business processes and implementing changes into products or operations;
• Experience managing cross-functional teams across business and technical stakeholders;
• Upper-Intermediate or Advanced English;
• Nice to have: hands-on experience implementing AI into products or processes with measurable results, proficiency in no-code/low-code tools (n8n, Zapier, Make, Bubble, Bolt, etc.).
